Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Try resetting your sims 4 folder, starting a new save game file, and testing to see if it occurs there also. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair. I've tried restarting origin and everything. As far as I am aware, I haven't downloaded any custom content, and I can't figure out how to make it go to actual underwear or take the pants off with dresses. This has just started happening and it's driving me crazy. I hate to drudge this up but I am having this issue and I am on a Mac so the conflict detector above won't help me because it says Windows only. If you need any more help feel free to ask! If you can't then just click the link towards the middle of the screen that says "Telecharger" Page is in french but if you're on chrome you can right click and translate it to English. Here is a link to download: Sims 4 Importer Plus not every package of cc I had would show a photo when I tried it out. I find this is a lot easier than using the Sims 4 Studio because it runs really slow (at least for me in the version I downloaded) and I have too much cc to go through one-by-one. Then you can just go into your mods folder and delete the file(s). Open up the Sims 4 Importer and find the sim you just made, select the tab that says CC and take note of the names of the file(s). Then save the household to your gallery and exit the game. I fixed it with the Sims 4 Importer! All you have to do is download the application (i think it was only just released for the community late last month) and then go in CAS, take everything off your sim (accessories, hats, hair, makeup, etc.) until the only thing left is the cc that's overriding your sims underwear.
Hey not sure if you've solved this yet, but I used to have this problem with both top and bottoms being replaced by a pair of cc jeans and a cc tank top.
